We acknowledge that we enter and use these premises at our own risk. We further acknowledge that The Regiment self Catering Accommodation and The Sonnebloem Self catering Accommodation the owner, being Cornelius Grobler have taken reasonable precautions to prevent injury, loss or

damage to guests or their property and neither the owners nor their employees, representatives or agents

are liable for any injury, loss or damage to guests or their property from any cause whatsoever. We indemnify

and hold harmless the owners, its directors, employees and agents, against any claim or liability in connection

with any injury, loss or damage suffered by any of us, arising from or in connection with our occupation or

use of any of the facilities at The Regiment self Catering Accommodation and The Sonnebloem Self Catering Accommodation.

Take note 100 % deposit is non refundable if the cancellation  is 3 days or less before the check in date. 4-7 days before 50 % is refundable.

Guests will be asked to remove themselves from the premises if they fail to adhere to the establishments rules  with NO REFUNDS.
