The Kathleen- A unit consist of an an open plan lounge kitchen area and a separate private bedroom with en-suite. The unit is ideal for that romantic weekend away, family holiday or the business traveler that enjoys staying in luxury.
When you arrive you will enter via a motorised gate into a private parking area with parking for 2 vehicles. The lounge and bedroom has large sliding doors when open it creates a natural flow from the unit to the barbecue area. As you enter you will find the kitchenette and a seating area and 2 single beds with the main bed room entrance to the back . The en-suite has a shower ,basin and toilet .The unit has been created with wheel chair access in mind.

Mop, bucket , broom , hand broom with dust pan, ironing board, dish cloths , dish washing liquid etc.
Main Bedroom area
1 Queen bed - We use cotton sheets , king size bed spreads, fleece blankets and extra winter blankets
Cupboards with plenty of hanging space. Hangers supplied.
Hair Dryer , Iron and electrical adapter strips
Shower - we supply towels & body wash
Basin - with hand soap
Enclosed toilet with extractor fan - we supply double ply
