The Kudu Unit

The Kudu unit is an open plan unit ideal for that romantic weekend  away, family holiday or the business traveler that enjoys staying in luxury.  

When you arrive you will enter via your a motorized gate into a  shared parking area  The Kudu unit is on the left. With large sliding doors  open it creates a natural flow from the unit to the barbecue area.   As you enter you wil find the kitchenette and a seating area with the main bed further back including the private bath , shower ,basin and toilet 

Lounge & Kitchen Area

• 2 seater wooden bench

• 32 inch Smart TV with Netflix, You Tube etc.

• 2 x  single beds

• 310 L Fridge freezer combo

• Mellerware induction plate with large + small pot and frying pan

• Toaster

• Kettle

• Microwave

• Plates, cups glasses quantities is set for 4 people.

• Mop, bucket , broom , hand broom with dust pan, ironing board, dish cloths , dish washing liquid etc.

Main Sleeping area

• 1 Queen bed - We use cotton sheets , king size bed spreads,  fleece blankets and extra winter blankets

• Cupboards  with plenty of hanging space.  Hangers supplied.

• Hair Dryer , Iron and electrical adapter strips

• Shower - we supply towels  & body wash

• Basin - with hand soap

• Enclosed toilet with extractor fan - we supply double ply

Outside Area

• 6 seater picnic bench

• 4 x plastic chairs

• 1 x day bed / 3 seater

• Brick fire place with grid and tongs
