The Executive Suite

The Executive Suite is an 65 sq m open plan flat over two levels. The designer incorporated  natural wood in all the features of the unit . This unit is ideal for that romantic weekend  away or the business traveler that enjoys staying in luxury.  The unit is totally private with its own private entrance  and secure off street parking. The unit has underfloor isolation and all the windows is double glazed to ensure the unit are cool in summer and cozy in winter. The fire place is a winner during those cold Cape Town winters.

Lounge & Kitchen Area

• 32 inch Smart TV with Netflix, You Tube etc.

• 2 x Single beds (Stacked to not take up unnecessary space)

• 310 liter fridge freezer combo

• Mellerware induction plate with large + small pot and frying pan

• Toaster

• Kettle

• Microwave

• Plates, cups glasses quantities is set for 4 people.

• Mop, bucket , broom , hand broom with dust pan, ironing board, dish cloths , dish washing liquid etc.

Mezzanine Area

• 1 Queen bed - We use cotton sheets , king size bed spreads,  fleece blankets and extra winter blankets

• Built in drawers & cupboards  with plenty of hanging space.  Hangers supplied.

• Hair Dryer , Iron and electrical adapter strips

• Shower - we supply towels  & body wash

• Basin - with hand soap

• Enclosed toilet with extractor fan - we supply double ply

Outside Area

• Private outside bath & shower for the more adventurous.

• Table with 2 fold up chairs

• 3 seater bench with cushions

• 1 single seater chair with cushion

• Brick fire place with grid and tongs

• Parking for 1 vehicle and small trailer
