The Tamara Unit

The Tamara Unit  is an 30 sq m open plan flat with an outside under cover patio around 25 sq m.  This unit is ideal for a family of four or the  business traveler.  Access is via the main property entrance motorized gate with parking to the left of the main house garage. Access to the private court yard is via a secondary motorized gate. . As you enter you will find the lounge and kitchen area with the main sleeping area at the back of the unit. The converted geyser fire place in the patio area are ideal for those  cold  cape Town evenings while enjoying a good red wine.

Lounge & Kitchen Area

• 2 comfortable chairs

• Single bed that doubles as seating during the day

• 1 x 125mm single mattress 

• Built in cupboards with kitchen counter  & sink

• Small moveable kitchen table with 3 bar stools

• 32 inch Smart TV with Netflix, You Tube etc.

• 160 liter fridge freezer combo

• Mellerware induction plate with large + small pot and frying pan

• Toaster

• Kettle

• Microwave

• Plates, cups glasses quantities is set for 4 people.

• Mop, bucket , broom , hand broom with dust pan, ironing board, dish cloths , dish washing liquid etc.

Main sleeping area

• 1 Queen bed - We use cotton sheets , king size bed spreads,  fleece blankets and extra winter blankets

• Built  in cupboard with rack space. + plenty  clothes hanging space.  Hangers supplied.

• Hair Dryer , Iron and electrical adapter strips

Shower , basin and toilet area

• Enclosed private room 

• Shower - we supply towels  & body wash

• Basin - with hand soap

• Toilet  + extractor fan- we supply double ply

Outside Area

• 6 seater picnic table + 4 plastic chairs

• Brick fire place with grid and tongs

• Under cover fire place for those cold nights
