Hi . Thank you for booking "The Kathleen Unit A , 2 Kathleen rd  ,Chrismar ,The property is on the corner of Cecilia rd & Kathleen rd . Entrance to the unit is from Cecilia  rd. 

If you are in front of the property your entrance is the Charcoal IBR gate marked A. The access keypad is situated  against the gate pillar .4751# (hash) will open & close the gate. 

Please park to the RIGHT in front of your unit. 

 When leaving please ensure the gate is fully closed before driving off.

 You  will find a Lock box containing a one button remote & key mounted on the wall center between the 2 sliding doors. To open slide the front cover down to reveal the number wheels. Code is : 1224 and pull the small level to the left of the keypad down to open. Ensure the lock box is closed and the numbers are scrambled after removing the key.

When checking out please put key & remote in the key drop box on the inside by the gate.

We fall in zone 6- Eversdal for load shedding.

The key for the additional parking gate is on the bedroom sliding door key ring.

Remember to bring wood to braai. If the unit is ready before 14h00 I will let you know so you can check in earlier. A reminder checkout is 10h00 but if no bookings were received for checkout day you may request a later departure.

Please keep noise levels at accepted levels since this is a residential area. Please help us to save cost by switching off not needed lights.
